The Product Delivery Business Analyst plays a critical role in delivering successful product launches across multiple platforms. This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure products are delivered on time, with quality, and in compliance with established governance and standards. You will be accountable for key product launch deliverables, from requirements definition through user acceptance testing and post-deployment verification. In addition, you may be assigned ad-hoc initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement and organisational value. You will report to the Product Delivery Team Lead and work collaboratively with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to achieve strategic delivery and quality KPIs. Key Responsibilities Product Delivery & Launch Execution Support end-to-end delivery of new product launch initiatives, ensuring timely implementation with high quality. Actively participate in product launch discussions with stakeholders, proposing solutions that meet business objectives. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and team leads to ensure agreed delivery timelines are met and risks are proactively managed. Business Analysis & Requirements Management Document clear and comprehensive business requirements and business rules. Serve as Person-in-Charge (PIC) for assigned business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment across stakeholders. Provide guidance and mentoring to peers to support capability uplift and delivery excellence within the team. Testing, Defect & Quality Management Translate business requirements into detailed test scenarios, conditions, and expected results for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Accountable for UAT planning, execution, coordination, and documentation of results. Organise, track, and manage defects, and lead checkpoint discussions with Technology teams to ensure timely resolution. Act as PIC for UAT activities, coordinating closely with assigned team members and stakeholders. Implementation, Training & Post-Launch Activities Perform post-deployment verification. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user guides, and training materials. Conduct training sessions for stakeholders where required. Continuous Improvement, Innovation & Governance Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and delivery efficiencies, in line with the organisation’s innovation values. Adhere strictly to product launch SOPs and governance standards. Who We Are Looking For Competencies & Personal Attributes Strong commitment to meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Independent, focused, and able to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Sound decision-making ability with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills. Hands-on, proactive, and accountable delivery mindset. Working Experience At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
