QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience: 10-15 years of experience in business analysis, financial products, or application development.
· Domain Knowledge: Experience with Wholesale banking credit space with lending and able to help with technological applications to improve risk modelling, operations and management
· Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
· Communication: Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Technical Skills: Efficient in writing SQL queries. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Visio, and requirements management tools.
· Experience working in global delivery model (onshore/offshore/nearshore)
· Certifications: Good to have Business Analysis certifications (CCBA, CBAP) or financial certifications (CFA, FRM).
Education: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
