Description

Are you an experienced Product Business Analyst looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment? We’re seeking two skilled professionals to undertake end-to-end business analysis on a 12 month, fixed-term contract basis.
These assignments will be in our Digital portfolio – the forefront of our Transformation. As a business analyst, you’ll be responsible for working closely with colleagues across teams to identify and document insurance claims and servicing processes, leading workshops to gather and capture business requirements from a range of stakeholders and work within our digital governance and cycle planning cadence to champion and prioritise into delivery.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You’ll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) towards the end of 2025. Away from home means attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
