MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5 years’ experience in an IT analyst/ Business Analyst/ Product Analyst or any equivalent role
  • Team lead experience
  • Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance
  • Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes.
  • Eye for detail and a passion for building great products.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.
  • Create, manage, release (production & ITE), and discontinue corporate forms.
  • Evaluate/develop business requirements.
  • Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
  • Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
  • Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
  • Provide user story and solution support to team members.
  • Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
  • Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
  • Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.
  • Work closely with the Manager of Product Support workflows
  • Meet with internal client departments that support digital tools and users
  • Review and document existing user support workflows
  • Identify areas of friction, redundancy and outdated process
  • Identify potential new or existing tools that would help eliminate the ineffective items that were discovered
  • Propose tools and workflows that eliminate friction, redundancy, and outdated process.
  • Present ideas and potential solutions to stakeholders
  • Incorporate feedback
  • Finalize and get agreement on changes and next steps
  • Own Product Management process
  • Work with appropriate development teams
  • Release changes
