Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
  • You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
  • Additionally, you will research, gather, and synthesize information.
  • You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
  • Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Unix is recommended.
  • Advanced proficiency in Requirements Analysis, Oracle Agile PLM, and Agile Business Analysis is suggested.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed documentation to support process improvements and technology integration.
  • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding and communication.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • This role is for Jersey City location (3 days/week) and must be willing to go to NYC office once a month.

Basic Qualifications:

4+ years’ experience

  • Technical Business Analysis
  • Agile
  • Wealth Management
  • Bank experience
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s Degree
