Sales Forecast & Tracking: Know well customer segmentation, territory sales management include in Ethical channel Monitor monthly target phasing and execution into regional and account target level Tracking the implementation, continuously review and updated the plan to overcome challenges and capture new productivities for each product and territory. Work with KAM, FF, sales Team to identify challenge and opportunity of business activities implementation and expansion Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Demand & Supply Management Review monthly forecast and plan volume by SKUs for 3A warehouse and distributors; Build and control inventory of Ethical; manage OOS, lot. Date, supply Follow supply schedule for demand, inventory, allocation if any & sales trend alert, especially tender Budget & Activity Management Align resources and budget between Marketing and Field Force. Budget allocation for all Ethical year-round activities: minor event, sponsorship Review allocation by account and ensure ROI investment. Follow up & ensure full approval for budget proposal & execution Manage/ track actual execution & budget spending to enhance next quarter Sales Operation Review & validate annual credit limit & payment term proposal for all customers. Work further with Fin for approval Work with sales team to propose action plan to clear AR overdue Act as middle point between system (DMS, ERP, Qlik, PBI) & sales team to ensure master customer data mapping & accurate price list for smooth sales ordering Other To participate in special projects as assigned, e.g. system or process improvement, market research or any new business opportunities. Building standardized business dashboards for strategic analysis and internal business review MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED At least 2-5 years working in sales operation/business analysis/planning in pharma/FMCG industry Familiar with DMS/Qlik system and proficient skill in Excel/Power Query/Power BI Strong analytical and planning skills Possession of outstanding work ethic and drive for knowledge Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with external partners and internal departments Strong verbal and written communications (both English and Vietnamese)
