About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large international public health organization developing AI-powered disease surveillance and interoperability solutions. The role will bridge public health stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex workflows into functional requirements, data mappings, user stories, and test scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, functional, and data integration requirements.
• Translate public health processes into technical specifications, UML diagrams, process flows, and user stories.
• Define and validate source-to-target data mappings across health information systems.
• Support AI-assisted workflows, including review and validation of AI-generated outputs.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define acceptance criteria, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Manage product backlogs, stakeholder feedback, and requirements prioritization.
• Deliver training materials, documentation, and knowledge-transfer sessions.
