Business Analyst (Oracle Fusion).   Salary: £54,300 per annum. Location: Homebased. We are in the final year of our Stabilisation Programme following implementation and require an experienced Oracle ERP/EPM Business Analyst to join us until 31/03/2027. You will report into the Programme Lead but will work very closely with the Finance and Technical Teams to support with re-designing financial business processes which align to how Oracle ERP/EPM works. How you'll help to create brighter futures   * Lead structured workshops with Finance, People Operations and Technology to capture current processes, pain points, and operational scenarios, translating these into clear, outcome‑focused requirements. * Define and maintain robust, testable acceptance criteria, ensuring solutions are assessed against real business outcomes rather than system assumptions. * Analyse and articulate cross‑module impact across ERP, HCM, Payroll and Reporting, identifying dependencies, constraints, and downstream implications early. * Support discovery, testing and validation by coordinating scenario‑based testing, working with SMEs to confirm whether solutions are operationally viable end‑to‑end. * Document key process and data flows, including Chart of Accounts structures, costing logic and approval processes, highlighting inefficiencies and manual workarounds. * Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, challenging assumptions, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle. * Document requirements for EPM workforce module from a business point of view, identify training gaps for EPM especially and what needs to be done to address these.   Let's talk about you  * Must have BA experience within Oracle Fusion Financial Management Modules.  * Must be an excellent communicator with non-technical stakeholders, in person & on-line. * Desirable EPM Experience. * Desirable to have worked on a Chart of Accounts project previously within Oracle.    Please see the Job Description for the full list of accountabilities and requirements.    Diversity, equality, and inclusion   At Action for Children, we're dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace.   We actively encourage applications from Black, Asian & Minority Ethnic, and disabled candidates, as they are under-represented within Action for Children.
