Sous la supervision de la directrice administrative, le titulaire du poste doit analyser les besoins d’affaires de l’organisation dans le cadre de dossiers ou de projets stratégiques reliés aux processus administratifs et financiers. Il participe à l’élaboration des dossiers d’affaires, à l’évaluation des impacts sur l’organisation, les processus et autres biens livrables pertinents au projet tout en assurant leur intégration, de l’étape de définition des besoins jusqu’au déploiement.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop a good understanding of the business context and issues in the administrative and financial services sector in order to recommend innovative solutions that will help achieve its objectives;
- Document current processes and targets, as well as use cases and information flows;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of company processes by researching best practices, making improvements, piloting new techniques and creating more efficient processes;
- Ensure optimal liaison between the team of IT system developers and analysts, and the business team (stakeholders and users) to ensure proper transition from business requirements to technical requirements and business needs;
- Translate business requirements into system deployments or organizational process changes;
- Collaborate with project managers on a variety of issues to ensure alignment of scope and planning elements: project plan and deployment, budgets, approach definition, risk identification and mitigation, issue resolution, communication and change management;
- Plan, coordinate and document user acceptance testing, perform quality testing and contribute to problem resolution;
- Accompany the change manager in identifying the impact of the new system on users and the various actions possible to adapt to the change;
- Provide training and support for processes, procedures, application functionality, upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide technical assistance in training, mentoring and coaching team members;
THIS ROLE COULD BE FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or equivalent experience;5 to 7 years of relevant experience;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, particularly in the finance sector (asset);
- Solid knowledge of systems and data flows, with the ability to learn and adapt to new process flows and technologies;
- Familiarity with the Office 365 suite and TEAMS collaboration and document management tools via SharePoint;
