Description
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects. Analyze and model current business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains. Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Facilitate discussions and workshops with key stakeholders to elicit requirements and ensure alignment. Support testing efforts by defining test cases and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT). Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, use cases, and requirement specifications. Identify and assess potential risks related to business requirements and provide recommendations for solutions. Participate in the continuous improvement of business analysis methodologies and tools. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices relevant to business analysis. Contribute to the development of training materials and assist in educating team members and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology-focused environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence. Ability to create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements and user stories. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of business analysis techniques and frameworks is a plus. Relevant certifications, such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, are advantageous.
