Job Duties & Responsibilities * Follow and adhere to Business Analytics SOPs and SLAs * Develop key BA skills: elicit requirements on multiple projects utilizing interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, survey, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, task and workflow analysis. * Create and maintain interactive dashboards with Tableau * Exhibit a strong customer-centered mindset * Support team accountability for promised deliverables, project progress, successes, and failures * Share insights with peers and colleagues * Escalate issues and risks for customer impact from data challenges Location This role is open to candidates working hybrid in Bengaluru, India.
