JOB BRIEF

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Business Analyst to join our team at Advisor360°. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics, financial modeling, and business strategy development, specifically within the SaaS space. You will play a crucial role in assessing market trends, evaluating business performance, and identifying opportunities to grow our SaaS platform. Your insights will directly inform the company’s strategic initiatives, ensuring that Advisor360° continues to be a leader in the wealth management technology sector.

Responsibilities
  • Market and Trend Assessment: Analyze and monitor current market conditions, competitor activities, and emerging trends within the wealth management and SaaS industries. Provide actionable insights to inform product development, sales strategies, and marketing efforts.
  • Strategic Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to evaluate and forecast the impact of potential business strategies, including new product launches, pricing changes, expansion opportunities, and partnerships. Assess the financial viability and potential ROI of strategic initiatives.
  • Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance) to design and refine business strategies. Use financial modeling to test various strategic scenarios and guide decision-making on the best path forward for sustainable growth.
  • Scenario Analysis: Develop and analyze multiple strategic scenarios, identifying risks and rewards associated with each. Use data-driven insights to recommend the most viable strategies for the company’s growth objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to present findings, provide recommendations, and align strategies with business goals.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive benchmarking to understand the strengths, weaknesses, and positioning of key industry players. Use these insights to inform strategic decisions.
