Job Description The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Business Analyst to support high-impact initiatives within a highly regulated aerospace and defense environment. This role combines financial modeling, operational analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements and strategic alignment across the organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with executive stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights, and navigating compliance-driven operational landscapes. Key Responsibilities Analyze business, operational, and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Support strategic initiatives through modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams on data-driven decision making Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Drive process optimization, standardization, and operational efficiency initiatives Present insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ensure alignment with regulatory, supply chain, and operational considerations relevant to aerospace and defense programs Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis within aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industries Strong expertise in financial modeling, operational analysis, and process improvement Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level audiences Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and enterprise operational data environments Preferred Experience Experience supporting government contracts, defense programs, or commercial aerospace projects Background in process standardization and cross-departmental strategic alignment Professional certifications such as CBAP, Six Sigma, or equivalent are a plus Additional Information Ready to take on a high-impact Business Analyst role in a fast-paced aerospace & defense environment?
