Your Key Responsibilities Strategy & Discovery * Identify, frame, and quantify high-impact business opportunities where AI and automation can create strategic value. * Lead discovery phases for new initiatives and build compelling, ROI-based business cases to secure commitment. Solution Design & Delivery * Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements (epics, user stories) and functional specifications for AI solutions. * Own the business-side of the solution lifecycle, from collaborating daily with Engineers on design to coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Stakeholder Partnership & Governance * Act as a strategic AI & Automation advisor to senior stakeholders, leading the business-side development of AI products. * Champion responsible AI practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our team's methodology and standards. About You * Several (3-5) of experience as a Business Analyst in a digital, data, or AI-driven environment. * Proven experience in the end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes. * Solid experience with stakeholder management at senior levels, including navigating priorities and driving alignment. * Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives. * Strong knowledge of the AI & Automation landscape (LLMs, RPA) and familiarity with ML concepts, including a practical understanding of prompt engineering. * A proactive, collaborative, and value-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and a comfort with change in a dynamic team environment. Responsibilities
