The ideal candidate will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring that our project outcomes derive real benefits for patients and health services alike, while also contributing to our mission of technology change across various sectors. Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, and government. Analyze and interpret data to develop insights and recommendations that inform decision-making processes. Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives. Create detailed process maps, workflows, and functional specifications for technology solutions. Support the project management team in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals. Monitor project progress and assist in identifying potential risks or issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure understanding of requirements and solutions. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement and documentation. Ability to facilitate workshops and meetings, fostering collaboration among diverse teams. Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools. Experience in project management methodologies and supporting project lifecycles. A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
