Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze divisional performance, profitability, revenue trends, project costs, and margins.
• Prepare MIS reports, KPI dashboards, and management reports for leadership.
• Monitor project budgets, billing, cost variances, and operational efficiency.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial performance reviews.
• Conduct profitability analysis by project, customer, and business unit.
• Track fleet utilization, asset deployment, resource allocation, and workforce productivity.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvement initiatives.
• Support equipment planning and resource optimization across projects.
• Develop analytical reports and dashboards using MS Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teams to improve business performance.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and management decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• MBA in Finance, Business Management, or an equivalent specialization (Mandatory).
• 2–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Financial Analysis, Industrial Operations, Heavy Equipment, Equipment Rental, Transport, Logistics, Construction, or Engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, project costing, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.
• Good understanding of fleet utilization, resource planning, operational KPIs, and performance management.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, operational business environment.
