OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? Join our dynamic team at Al Futtaim Motors as a Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in driving business performance through data-driven decision-making. You’ll be at the heart of our sales operations, supporting growth and innovation for two of the region’s most iconic automotive brands.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and key stakeholders, ensuring timeliness and 100% accuracy.
  • Generate and analyze business-specific reports, supporting the Planning Team and automating planning documents using Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to identify business pain points and drive impactful solutions.
  • Simulate sales incentives as per policy and communicate incentive breakdowns clearly to Sales, HR, Finance, and Accounts teams.
  • Deliver insights that directly influence management’s direction and business strategy.

WHAT EQUIPS YOU FOR THE ROLE

  • Bachelor’s Degree (required).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role—preferably within the automotive sector.
  • Proven track record in data-driven analysis, reporting, and business insight delivery.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment.
