The primary purpose of this role is to collaborate with and support business unit stakeholders and project managers by providing insightful reporting and assisting with the assessment and delivery of business process enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Analysing and delivering business process initiatives, managing components of mid-sized initiatives or all components of small initiatives.
  • Clarifying and translating business requirements into documentation and solution designs using appropriate tools, models, data analysis, process analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Identifying innovative methods for addressing organizational problems and opportunities within the business through consultation, scanning, discussion, and engagement with business representatives.
  • Developing meaningful regular and ad hoc reporting to assist in business decision-making.
  • Participating in the project lifecycle, working closely with stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood, documented, and delivered on time, on budget, and in compliance with project governance and risk, audit, and compliance frameworks.
  • Analysing workflow to create process maps and identifying areas of potential improvement.
  • Developing functional specifications that document desired outcomes of system enhancement/development.
  • Coordinating and contributing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure efficiency, functionality, and user-friendliness of system enhancements.
  • Preparing material and providing training to end-users post-implementation to ensure appropriate participation and utilization.
