About the job Join Our Team as a Business Analyst! Shape the future of our cloud solutions by helping to design our fraud fighting systems that drive our business forward. As a valued member of our team, you'll: Collaborate with customers and the delivery team to thoroughly understand business requirements and ensure project deliverables meet these needs. Develop comprehensive business descriptions and technical specifications for projects, with a focus on data lake, lake house architecture, and real-time data processing. Monitor project activities using JIRA and manage technical stories related to advanced data architectures. Analyze customer requirements and utilize tools like Databricks for deep-dives into data details, including feature store management for AI and machine learning applications. Present product functionalities to customers, emphasizing cutting-edge data solutions and real-time capabilities. Prepare test cases and strategies for unit testing, system testing, and integration testing, focusing on advanced data architectures. Coordinate project activities, define priorities, and ensure timely completion, leveraging real-time architecture. Actively drive standardization and optimization of software development, with a focus on innovative data solutions. Utilize offshore development teams effectively for project delivery. Your technical expertise will directly influence our success, while working in a collaborative environment that values your unique perspective and innovative ideas. Professional Requirements: Solid background in data lake and lake house architecture, with knowledge of data models, especially in the financial sector. Conceptual understanding of both relational and non-relational database management systems. Interest and understanding of advanced data architectures and AI/ML applications, particularly feature store management. Demonstrated experience with software development life cycle methodologies, including agile. Ability to understand complex business scenarios using professional analytical skills. Experience in fast-paced environments requiring effective delivery under tight timelines. Desired Requirements / Skills / Experience Experience within the insurance industry is a plus. Hands-on experience with ETL tools, especially in advanced data architectures. Experience with reporting/OLAP tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAS Visual Analytics, or Microstrategy. Strong aptitude and desire to learn new technologies and tools related to real-time data processing and AI/ML. Self-driven with the ability to work closely with business analysts and development teams towards quality product rollout.
