OUR CLIENT IN THE BANKING INDUSTRY HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A BUSINESS ANALYST (ALTERYX SPECIALIST) .

Duration: 6 Months
Location: Toronto/Ontario, onsite 2x/week with some flexibility
Hours: 9am-5pm ( 7.5 hours/ day)
Responsibilities:

Typical Day in Role:

  • Work with Product Control SMEs to understand process.
  • Independently build workflows in Alteryx and visuals in Power BI.
  • Refine process based on feedback from users and management.
  • Work collaboratively with team of Alteryx experts to build skillset.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within FI
2) 1+ years of experience as a designer of Alteryx workflows
3) 1+ years of experience gathering requirements and applying those requirements to Alteryx build.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Prior experience in Finance teams - Product Control, FP&A, Regulatory Reporting is preferred.
2) Experience with user application, MS Access, Excel Macros experience to be considered
3) Experience creating dashboards within PowerBi

Soft Skills Required:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or similar background
Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $57.00-$72.00 per hour
