ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an entry-level Business Analyst to help us identify, document, and improve the business processes that power our automation and AI systems. This is a high-impact role for someone who is curious, organized, and excited by the potential of intelligent systems to improve real-world operations.
You will work closely with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts to document workflows and translate them into actionable automation logic. Your insights will shape how real-time requests are captured, routed, and resolved, forming the foundation of an agentic AI platform that evolves toward autonomy and adaptability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process Discovery & Documentation
  • Interview internal stakeholders to understand goals, workflows, and decision points.
  • Create clear and structured documentation that describes triggers, inputs, logic, and outcomes.
  • Workflow Modeling
  • Translate business needs into flow diagrams or structured logic that automation developers can implement.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement or simplification.
  • Data & Compliance Awareness
  • Note areas where privacy, ethics, or security may impact workflow design.
  • Work with data and compliance teams to flag edge cases and regulatory constraints.
  • Collaboration & Handoff
  • Partner with workflow developers to validate designs and iterate on implementations.
  • Ensure every documented process is tied to a clear business value or user outcome.
