QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:
    Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., IIBA, PMI-PBA) are a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

Ø Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement within a corporate environment.
Ø Proven track record of successfully delivering projects that align with business objectives.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Ø Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and an ability to think critically.
Ø Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to various audiences.
Ø Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., UML, BPMN, use cases).
Ø Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and database concepts (e.g., SQL).
Ø Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is an advantage.
Ø Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Requirements Gathering:
    Ø Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather, define, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.

Ø Analyze and clarify requirements to ensure a clear understanding among all parties involved.

  • Business Process Analysis:

Ø Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.

Ø Develop process maps and documentation to illustrate current and proposed workflows.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

Ø Utilize data analysis techniques to interpret trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making processes.

Ø Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

  • Solution Design and Validation:

Ø Work closely with IT and development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Ø Participate in the testing and validation of solutions, ensuring that they meet business needs and expectations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:

Ø Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders during project lifecycles, providing updates and gathering feedback.

Ø Facilitate meetings and workshops to present findings, discuss solutions, and drive consensus.

  • Change Management Support:

Ø Assist in change management efforts by providing relevant insights and support during the implementation of new processes and systems.

Ø Collaborate with the Organizational Change Manager to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of new solutions.

  • Documentation and Knowledge Management:

Ø Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, process maps, and project outcomes.
Ø Develop training materials and user guides to support the rollout of new systems and processes.
