The Business Analyst is a strategic thinker and data-driven problem solver who transforms insights into action. The individual will take ownership of analyses and projects, delivering insights that influence decisions, improve performance and support Sr. Leadership.    The Business Analyst position is part of Strategic Operations & Business Analytics - a fast-paced, innovative team responsible for supporting the Merchant Services, US (MS – U.S.) Client Management Organization. As an integral part of MS – U.S., the Business Analyst will provide data support for a diverse portfolio of accounts. This highly strategic and analytical role reports to the Sr. Manager of Strategic Operations and Business Analytics (SOBA).  SOBA’s mission is to expedite business growth by serving as a collaboration action center for MS – U.S.  We focus in three key areas: expand Client Manager (CLM) capacity & effectiveness by delivering actionable data and insights and strategic operational support; boost customer and partner results, while enhancing colleague engagement and driving CLM operations governance & effectiveness.
