Description

DESIGN THINKING:

  • Apply Design Thinking principles to solve complex business problems and deliver user-centric solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to uncover user needs and define project scope.
  • Lead the ideation, prototyping, and user testing phases to iterate and improve solutions.
  • Develop empathy with end-users by conducting user research and gathering feedback through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure designs meet both business requirements and user expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role
  • With Software or IT background
  • Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
  • 1+ years of experience in QA testing, including manual testing, test case creation, and defect management
  • Strong understanding of business analysis tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies and user-centred design principles.
  • Ability to gather and analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, FigJam or similar collaboration platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in writing test cases, creating test plans, and performing end-to-end testing
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyse business processes, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Develop user stories, use cases, and functional requirements for development teams.
  • Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic planning.
