As a Business Analyst / Analytics Translator, you will connect business needs with technical capabilities, helping teams across the bank explore and adopt AI and GenAI solutions. If you enjoy sharing knowledge and connecting with others, there are also opportunities to support internal GenAI community events and initiatives that Hailo is involved in. Top responsibilities Technical Communication Act as the first point of contact for teams with GenAI-related questions. Translate complex engineering and business requirements into actionable AI solutions. Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Engineers, Architects, and Community Managers. Analysis & Reporting Analyze trends in team inquiries and GenAI adoption. Create dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making. Stay up to date with AI model developments and industry trends. Process & Improvement Ensure solutions meet Rabobank’s safety, security, and compliance standards. Improve intake and workflow processes for GenAI-related requests. Take ownership of process improvements aligned with personal learning goals. Community & Engagement Organize and facilitate GenAI events, workshops, and meetups. Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills. Experience in organizing internal events or community initiatives. Analytical mindset with a structured working approach. Familiarity with GenAI tools and concepts (e.g., RAG, Agentic Frameworks, CoPilot). Knowledge of banking processes, data security, and compliance. Agile/Scrum experience. A passion for GenAI, this can be either work related or in personal experience. Fluent in English. Preferred Qualifications Background in data analysis, business intelligence, or AI strategy. Ability to teach and share knowledge effectively. Quick learner with a flexible, open-minded, and experimental mindset.
