Your opportunity Based at Macquarie Park, you will play a pivotal hands-on role as a business analyst where you could be defining requirements and processes, bridging the gap between business requirements and technology solutions and ensuring solutions meet the expected outcomes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements, design processes, and deliver solutions that enhance efficiency and support Anglicare’s mission. With integrity and resilience, you will: Gather, validate and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement Facilitate workshops to define functional, technical and solution requirements Analyse data, processes and artefacts to identify opportunities for improvement Map and analyse current processes and design future state solutions Produce detailed documentation, including process flows and technical specifications Ensure solution designs meet business needs and adhere to best practice standards Support projects through to completion including testing, collaborating with Business units and functions as required Define test cases and facilitate testing including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide implementation support What you’ll bring You are a strategic systems thinker and skilled communicator who thrives on turning complex business needs into actionable solutions. You bring strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder engagement and a collaborative approach. You will also need: Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on complex projects and environments Strong skills in requirements gathering, writing user stories, test cases and process mapping and design Experience working with different business domains, for example, HR, technology or business teams Previous experience working on projects in Cyber, HRIS, network infrastructure or operating model design is preferred Familiarity with ITIL principles and technology solution design Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent skills in detailed requirements gathering, user stories, test criteria development Ability to lead workshops and engage stakeholders at all levels Experience working in aged or health care is highly desirable Why Anglicare?
