About the role
Role Location: Sydney or Melbourne
Role Type: 6 month Secondment
The Business Analyst will work with the Lead Business Analyst to support the Strategy Investment Lead and the Project Manager in the execution of the Wealth Strategy Program which aims at shaping the future of ANZ Private Bank. The role requires to work with cross functional teams, in a fast paced environment to analyse, synthesise, and document information, understand the organisational context and complete business analysis activities.
What will your day look like
Responsibilities:
Gather and document and the program functional and non-functional system requirements.
Organise and prepare workshops with business and technology stakeholders, and document the workshops outcomes.
Analyse and document current and future end-to-end business processes and journey maps.
Develop, document and maintain user stories with their acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
Support the Lead Business Analyst by producing relevant project documentation and presentations.
Support preparation and execution of user testing and business validation testing activities.
What will you bring?
Solid knowledge of business analysis activities, demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation and gathering techniques.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral and experience with building relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
Good understanding of software life-cycle development techniques and methodologies.
Ability to clearly represents consolidated findings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of wealth management and private banking systems, processes and operational environment.
