The purpose of this role is to manage a team of media planners and assist the Account Director on a day to day basis. This is to ensure that their teams are delivering plans that deliver against client objectives whilst balancing agency trading objectives.Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

Manages team members in order to deliver their individual personal growth targets

Overseas output from the team, providing quality control on any documents produced by the team

Understands the trading implications of planning decisions made to ensure agency and client objectives are delivered

Understands and ensures that each team member fully understand and can deliver against client key performance indicators/targets

Supports the Account Director to ensure client and the business' priorities are filtered through to the team

Manages upwards to ensure any challenges are resolved quickly and timely

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Planner and Controller to join our team in the UAV industry. In a aeronautical components manufacturing company, the Production Planner and Controller plays a crucial role in ensuring that production processes run efficiently, on time, and within the budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Master Production Schedule{{:}} Analyse sales forecast and customer orders to forecast production schedule and procurements needs aligned with delivery deadlines
• Material Requirement planning{{:}} Coordinate with the Procurement Team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Manage suppliers to ensure materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels
• Monitoring Production{{:}} Coordinate and oversee with Production Team the execution of the production schedule to ensure deadlines are met. Track production progress
• Coordination with other departments{{:}} Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and Production to ensure smooth workflow. Work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers
• Reporting and Documentation{{:}} Prepare reports on procurement performance, production performance and any variances from the schedule. Prepare and maintain an organised record of product information, orders and transactions
• Budget and Planning support{{:}} Assist in the preparation and monitoring of projects budgets. Provide support in the development of projects plans and schedules. Collaborate with Finance Team to track invoices, expenditure and budget adherence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Proven experience (3-8 years)
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 f&o will be preferred)
• Knowledge of project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) is a plus
• English & Dutch will be your working language
