About the role As a Sr. Business Analysts you will make an impact by owning business requirements for report rationalization and standardization across institutional and wealth channels. This role will drive end-to-end reporting flows—data lineage, transformation, rendering, and distribution—and ensure regulatory and client-specific SLAs are met. In this role, you will: · Lead discovery and AS-IS assessment of reporting inventory; map data sources, dependencies, and decommission candidates (Jasper/OBIE/Oracle Reports). · Define TO-BE reporting standards (templates, styles, KPIs, compliance text, disclosures), pagination rules, and versioning. · Write detailed BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability from requirements → test cases → release notes. · Partner with Data Engineering to specify SQL/PL/SQL transformations, parameterization, and API consumption patterns. · Manage backlog in JIRA; support CI/CD readiness (definition of done, non-functional requirements, UAT sign-off). What you must have to be considered · Domain: Client/Investor reporting in Asset & Wealth Management (composites, performance & attribution, disclosures, share classes, fee/expense reporting). · Tools/Tech: Jasper Reporting, OBIE/Oracle Reports; Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus; MySQL (read/understand); APIs (usage and payload specs); AWS S3, EC2; Red Hat Linux basics; JIRA; Jenkins/CI-CD awareness. · Experience: 6–10+ years as BA in AWM reporting; proven rationalization or migration programs; strong data lineage & controls. These will help you succeed Template governance frameworks; knowledge of Java-based report integrations. Accessibility/Localization for client communications.
