Job Summary and Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY:

The purpose of this position is to collaborate closely with the company’s various departments to assess process and workflow needs, creating well-crafted and easily comprehensible documentation for solutions aimed at enhancing operational productivity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Business process analysis and project management experience
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, or other healthcare verticals

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with the end-to-end process of MITA modules
  • Understanding the generation of EDI transactions is highly valued
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent writing skills with experience producing content for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Ability to test software and document processes
  • Advanced problem-solving skills applied to business challenges
Responsibilities
  • Documents comprehensive End-to-End Business Process flows, providing clear visual representations of operational workflows
  • Identifies and manages scope of changes based on client requirements
  • Provides customer support in assisting with the presentation of demos to the client
  • Collaborate closely with relevant business personnel to identify opportunities for leveraging analytics and AI
  • Assist in defining project objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals
  • Contribute to business analytics projects and processes
  • Work with the Analytics team project manager to create detailed plans and specifications
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials and support end-users
  • Participate in the development and implementation of best practices for Analytics and AI initiatives
  • Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules
