Description

Management Reporting & Analysis Develop, maintain, and automate management and executive-level reports that highlight key business metrics and performance indicators Partner with business leaders to define reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of actionable insights Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis by leveraging accurate and standardized data sources Design and build interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure data integrity, standardization, and compliance with corporate policies Work cross-functionally with business units to identify analytical opportunities that inform business strategies Develop business cases supported by quantitative analysis and clear storytelling Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis, reporting, or data analytics role Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik) and SQL-based data querying Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data trends and patterns Solid understanding of data governance principles, including metadata management and data quality controls Experience developing automated dashboards and reports for management or executive audiences Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholder Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of business performance metrics and KPIs Demonstrated experience with machine learning or AI-based techniques and tools Strong mathematical and communication skills along with high attention to detail and ability to multi-task are essential traits for this role Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
