• You analyze business needs, formalize them through analysis documents and write clear and structured functional specifications to facilitate their implementation by IT teams.
• You lead workshops and interviews with various stakeholders and prepare concise presentations to explain the situation simply and precisely.
• You use and interpret statistical data to support analyses, objectify findings and support decision-making.
• An active contribution to the modeling and optimization of business processes, in close collaboration with stakeholders, as well as to the definition, coordination and monitoring of action plans.
• An involvement in the management of functional tests, including writing test cases, execution, tracking anomalies and you provide support during deployment phases.

What you bring to the team

• You have a degree in Business Analysis, a university degree, or an equivalent qualification, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of customer service or benefits-oriented environments. Knowledge of health insurance would be a significant advantage.
• You have expertise in one or more key areas such as regulatory compliance, digital transformation, process optimization, or configuration tools (Syrius, BSI, SUMEX, etc.), and you are proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Azure DevOps and/or data analytics is a real asset.
• Your fluency in French is essential. Knowledge of German is a real plus. You are results-oriented, organized, and comfortable communicating, while also combining autonomy, flexibility, analytical and synthesis skills, creativity, and a global perspective.
