POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology business analysis or software development, with a focus on business applications in the investment and banking industries . You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring successful delivery of projects while fostering collaboration across teams. We are hiring from Mid to Senior Level BA.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Minimally 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in technology business analysis or software development, with familiarity in business applications for investment or banking industries .
• Proficiency in SQL, API integrations, and ETL/ELT processes .
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology, workflow design, and UI/UX principles.
• Experience in documenting business processes, BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and visual models.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage and align expectations of senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management: Conduct detailed business analysis functions, including gathering and documenting requirements, creating BRDs, FSDs, use cases, and visual models.Collaborate with senior-level stakeholders across different business units to align expectations and gain buy-in for proposed solutions.
• Solution Design and Software Delivery: Design and recommend solutions based on in-depth analysis of business processes and technical requirements.Support software test planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Project Delivery and Agile Methodology: Work in an Agile environment, driving project delivery with a strong focus on timelines and quality.Contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to enhance Agile processes.
• Technical Expertise and Collaboration: Utilize hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes, SQL, API integrations, and database design to support business solutions.Work closely with software developers, UI/UX designers, and vendors to ensure adherence to financial application workflows, UI/UX standards, and software engineering best practices.
• Production Support and Vendor Management: Provide production support for business applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and addressing technical queries.
