QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking) is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools and techniques is a plus.
