ABOUT THE ROLE

At Australian Retirement Trust (ART), we’re seeking a technical Business Analyst to join our Enablement team within the Technology business unit. This role is pivotal in delivering end-to-end analysis and technical requirements for complex business problems, ensuring solutions are aligned with stakeholder needs and ART’s delivery framework. You’ll work closely with both business and IT partners to drive meaningful change through data-driven insights and robust system design.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Elicit, assess, and document functional and non-functional requirements using a range of facilitation methods and analytical tools.
  • Perform detailed data analysis and mapping to define precise data requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, including system, data, and application requirements.
  • Acquire and apply knowledge of technical solutions, integration, and process flows to support complex change delivery.
  • Maintain strong communication channels and support stakeholder engagement across business and IT.
  • Own and manage documented requirements throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
  • Break down requirements into testable Agile stories and actively participate in Agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
