SUMMARY:

The Business Analyst role supports Automation solutions across Teachers Federal Credit Union. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between business needs and cutting-edge technology, driving innovation and process optimization. Collaborating with stakeholders and the IT Automation technical team you will aid in the design of impactful solutions and lead the charge in transforming idea’s into successful projects.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, business administration, finance or technology related field or eight years’ directly related experience required
  • Minimum four years experience in automation solutions experience required
  • Demonstrated success leading digital process change efforts, developing and automating workflows, using data analytics tools to improve organizational efficiency required
  • Techno-functional, Automation domain expertise preferred
  • Experience with Automation RPA technologies such as Blue Prism, UiPath or Automation Anywhere preferred
  • Experience in quality assurance, business process design, and project lifecycle tools such as JIRA, Clarity and Confluence preferred

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders to analyze and interpret manual business processes to identify opportunities for automation, gather and document requirements
  • Prepares detailed documentation of business processes and requirements and ensures that solution requirements are clearly communicated to the development team for implementation
  • Facilitates prioritization for projects, tracks, manages and socializes the product release schedule
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of solutions with overall business objectives and IT strategy
  • Oversees the solution rollout for new Automation Initiatives
  • Responsible for the communication, knowledge transfer, training, value metrics, reporting for Automation platforms across the organization
  • Performs other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor.
