You will gather, analyze and document business and system requirements in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers from a wide range of industries - including ski resorts, stadiums, leisure and theme parks;
You translate complex business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications, user stories, and process models that serve as a basis for our development teams;
You will work closely with product managers, software developers, and UX designers to ensure that the solutions are technically feasible, user-centered, and aligned with strategic goals;
