REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4+ years previous BA experience with banking industry role or banking experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CBAP) is a plus

  • Ability to moderate conversations and meetings with client (both business and IT)
  • Having storytelling abilities, to present the results of his/her work in a manner that draws attention and requires participation
  • Ability to coordinate a small team of 4 resources and share knowledge / best-practices with them, to raise the know-how levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with business process modeling (ARIS, Adonis, Flowchart, BPMN2.0) and documentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Confident in delivering presentations to C-level (e.g. steering committee)
  • Fluent in Romanian and English
Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE ROLE

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states
  • Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives
  • Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals
  • Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executive (C-level)
  • Create detailed documentation of business requirements (functional specifications, user stories), processes, and solutions
  • Identifying gaps of requirements and clarifying them directly with the stakeholders
  • Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
  • Independently manage project activities or projects streams activities related to BA role
  • Act as coordinator of the BA team (3-4 team members)
  • Assist in recruiting, in coaching and developing the new joiners
