The second pillar of the group is our Robotics & Innovation division, which focuses on the design and production of customized robots. We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects. Responsibilities: Identify, analyze, and document detailed requirements for projects Create functional and technical requirement documents from business needs Assist users in functional acceptance testing and application updates Coordinate internal business and technical teams for requirement finalization Serve as the subject matter expert during and after project implementation Provide functional and technical support for system efficiency Day-to-day support to the project team and the customer/business users Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other related degrees Minimum 4 years of experience in IT sector and business analysis & modeling tools, and project methodologies Experience in the Banking Industry with proven experience in loans field Understanding of software applications' fundamental principles, communication methods, and their impact on user experience Demonstrate an analytical mindset capable of synthesizing, abstracting, and effectively communicating information to diverse audiences Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies is considered a plus Experience with Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications Documents (FSDs) will be considered a plus Proficient verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership skills, collaborative spirit, sense of ownership, and accountability Competitive Compensation package Flexible hybrid working model, working both from the office & remote #LI-Hybrid Career development and growth opportunities An amazing private & open-office workspace in Athens Medical plan and life insurance for you and your family Continuous training & learning opportunities via personalized seminars The opportunity to work in a diverse environment with talented colleagues
