EDUCATION

  • Bachelor degree preferred with a focus in Computer Science Data preferred

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years of business intelligence or data analysis experience
  • SQL experience required. Experience using Power BI or Tableau required. Python and/or Snowflake experience preferred.
  • Software experience preferred: JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Visio
  • Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
  • Techniques required: Data Modelling, Statistical Analysis, Dashboarding, Data Cleaning, Agile Data Workflows, Data Storytelling

Responsibilities
  • Performs sophisticated data analytics (encompassing data mining, inferential statistical analysis, and predictive analytics). Identifies actionable insights from various (or multiple) sources of data that measurably improve business outcomes or reduce business risk.
  • Work with sales, operations, finance, and technology to develop, analyze and model strategies and tactics to increase sales and profitability of Direct-to-Consumer and Distributor Sales Channels. Will subsequently develop market sizing, segmentation and new product development models based on collaboration.
  • Partners with sales to evaluate changes in process and protocols to increase conversion rates, billing rates, and other metrics as defined by team leaders.
  • Enhances the forecasting methodology to accurately predict future sales and communicate expectations to sales, finance and operations teams. Develops and maintains data models as required and collects and analyzes information to support sales revenue forecasting.
  • Assist in the development and execution of special projects to enhance and improve sales/marketing/RCM efficiency, performance, and reporting capabilities.
  • Leads in the design of visually interactive and actionable dashboards using data visualization tools.
  • Provide strategic leadership and creative thinking to the business while partnering with the Technology teams. Identify new opportunities to streamline and automate current processes which will accelerate the customer and operations experience.
