Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Lead conversations to identify business needs and uncover opportunities for business improvement. Facilitate discussions to gather insights and align expectations.
• Analysis and documentation : Analy s e and document key project deliverables at various stage including but not limited to business requirements documents, current and future stage process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Process Mapping: Develop and evaluate process diagrams in accordance with Business Process Management Notation (BPMN), ensuring clarity and alignment with organizational goals.
• Project Deliverables: Contribute expert input into functional requirements, statements of work, test scenarios, and benefits management documentation.
• Risk and Impact Assessment: Identify risks, issues, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions while outlining their business impacts.
• Market Research and Vendor Engagement: Conduct market research and early vendor engagement to inform solution options and procurement strategies.
• Solution Design and Delivery: Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ICT solutions that meet business objectives .
• Testing and Validation: Ensure solutions align with stakeholder expectations through comprehensive testing and refinement processes
