About You:


You are a seasoned Business Analyst who thrives in complex, high-risk environments. You balance pace with precision, are comfortable leading experienced BA teams and are trusted by senior stakeholders to provide clear judgement and direction.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Embedding quickly into a large-scale enterprise transformation program and contributing from day one.
  • Eliciting, analysing and validating complex business and functional requirements.
  • Facilitating workshops and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs.
  • Translating business, policy and legislative requirements into clear, actionable system requirements.
  • Producing high-quality BA artefacts including BRDs, functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintaining end-to-end traceability across requirements, development and testing.
  • Analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Working closely with architects, developers and QA teams to support solution design and delivery.
  • Supporting testing activities, including test planning, test case reviews and UAT.
  • Managing requirement changes, conducting impact assessments and supporting project governance.
  • Providing project updates, reporting and insights to support informed decision-making.

Key Outcomes & Measures:

  • Deliver high-quality requirements that support successful project outcomes.
  • Produce clear, consistent BA artefacts aligned to project standards.
  • Ensure traceability and compliance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to support effective delivery.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst delivering enterprise application or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience gathering and documenting complex business and functional requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience translating business, policy or regulatory requirements into system solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced project environments.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and business process modelling.
