JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between IT and business objectives, utilizing data analysis skills to drive informed decision-making. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, and providing insights that enhance our business processes and project outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in business analysis with a strong understanding of project management principles.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and analytics methodologies.
• Familiarity with programming languages including Python, R, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell).
• Experience with database design and management using Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
