JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis skills with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and SQL.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with SDLC processes and project management best practices.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools like Talend is preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Utilize SQL and database design principles to extract and manipulate data from Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other databases.
• Develop ETL processes using tools like Talend for efficient data integration.
• Apply programming skills in Python, R, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) for advanced data analysis tasks.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Document findings using Visio for process mapping and workflow visualization.
• Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies.
