LET’S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Employee Benefits to join our team. You will be responsible for : Identify business needs, trends, and competition Define product strategy Propose product & service improvements Develop business requirements and acceptance criteria Act as interface between the stakeholders and project management Bridge the business needs with IT SHOW US WHAT YOU’VE GOT It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience: Background: At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst Employee benefits experience Soft skills & Knowledge: Fluency in English and French/Dutch is a must Strong knowledge of technical aspects of banking transaction Knowledge of the banking industry, especially in Belgium (players, trends, etc.) Good ability to understand and communicate on complex business topics and the link with IT Able to communicate with senior management Analytical mind – conceptual thinking Negotiation and persuasion skills Structured approach Able to work independently Problem-solver Quality-minded and eye for detail Goal-oriented Open to change Team player Professional experience is important.
