QUALIFICATIONS

  • Microsoft SQL and Excel experience and proficiency strongly preferred
  • Familiar with relational database concepts and client-server concepts
  • Business and technical requirement analysis, elicitation, verification and validation experience
  • Attention to detail, study for risk and act accordingly
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills coupled with strategic orientation
  • Strong discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and customer service skills to effectively follow-up on complex and detailed work activities
  • Proven record of setting delivery commitments and meeting expectations

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Analyst, you will be a liaison between stakeholders and technology partners to review, analyze and evaluate business systems, operational processes and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement solutions.

In this role, you will participate in tasks, projects or initiatives that involve analyzing data, collaborating with subject matter experts and research to identify problems, and propose & deliver solutions that drive innovation and our organizational goals.

  • User acceptance testing and guide creation
  • Development, training and supervision of BPO partner processes
  • Provide subject matter expertise and deep functional product knowledge, including upstream and downstream impact of changes, and assist with completing functional user acceptance testing and integration testing on assigned projects and applications
  • Work with end users and stakeholders to develop and translate business requirements for project and supporting deliverables
  • Suggest changes to business stakeholders using data and analytics to support recommendations, and actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
  • Ability to manage workload by balancing competing priorities and hold yourself and others accountable for results
  • Use data analysis to drive results and efficiencies in process or product while actively participating in the implementation of approved changes
  • Conduct meetings or presentations informing the business on progress within tasks/projects assigned
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Identifies issues and thoroughly vets the scope of the issue
  • Lead or participate in cross functional project teams as determined by management
