SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • 3 or more years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the Retail or Wholesale industry.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodology (Kanban and Scrum) and how business analysis fits into the agile ways of working.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio or similar.
  • Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of business process modelling notation and requirements gathering methodologies.
  • Strong documentation skills (BRD, BRS, user stories etc…)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated intermediate Business Analyst to join our Business Process and IT function. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with cross-functional teams to elicit, document and analyse business requirements. The Business Analyst will contribute to projects aimed at improving Bestway Wholesale operations, digital systems and customer-facing platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Elicit, analyse and document business requirements from stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business users
  • Translate business needs into user stories, process maps, use cases, or functional specs.
  • Support the delivery of solutions to various departments within the organisation.
  • Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements using lean/process modelling tools.
  • Track and report on progress of assigned initiatives or epics.
