Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Business Analyst / BI Developer to join our data team. In this role, you will transform business requirements into insightful dashboards, reports, and data-driven solutions that support decision-making and product development. Responsibilities Develop dashboards, customized reports, and scorecards based on business requirements Translate data into compelling stories, actionable insights, and product recommendations Handle ad hoc analytical requests accurately and efficiently Review and optimize SQL queries and investigate database performance issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and deliver data solutions Nice to have: Passion for problem-solving and data-driven thinking Strong teamwork skills with a proactive, “go-getter” attitude Results-driven, organized, and detail-oriented mindset Familiarity with data standards, best practices, and governance Ability to manage complex problems end-to-end under tight timelines Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role Strong experience with SQL databases and data architecture Hands-on experience with multidimensional data modeling (star schemas, snowflake schemas, and slow-changing dimensions) Experience with at least one major BI/reporting tool (e.g., Tableau) Solid understanding of data visualization principles and reporting best practices Familiarity with modern data stack technologies such as SQL Server, Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, and Tableau Ability to quickly understand existing systems, business goals, and technical constraints Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
