We are seeking an experienced BI & Analytics Specialist (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Nuremberg. The role focuses on data-driven optimizations, modern reporting solutions, and the development of innovative analytics and AI use cases within the finance sector. This full-time position (40 hours per week) is available immediately on a temporary staffing basis, with the option of permanent employment. Your future responsibilities:

Identifying and prioritizing new opportunities in reporting, analytics, and AI

Advising business units on data-driven solutions

Conducting workshops and gathering business requirements

Translating business requirements into practical reporting and analytics concepts

Acting as a liaison between business units, data engineering, and development teams

Further developing the existing data and reporting landscape

What you bring to the table:

Solid experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, and data-driven process optimization

Practical experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, and use-case management

Experience conducting workshops and managing stakeholders

Ability to translate business requirements into actionable data and reporting solutions

Structured, independent working style and strong communication skills in a client-facing environment

Ideally, experience coordinating teams and cross-functional projects

Very good knowledge of Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake

Experience with SAP data landscapes and modern data platforms

Understanding of data architectures, reporting, and analytics solutions

Know-how regarding AI-based use cases in a business analytics context

Proficiency in data-driven analysis, reporting, and automation concepts

Fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills
