The ideal candidate is self-driven, takes complete ownership and is responsible for efficient operation of Common Resource Management, or Space Management Solution for corporate IT asset. This role will be highly cross functional, working to drive success within Solution Services under the Application operation team. Responsibilities: Support & operate CR2(Common Resource Registry service) for internal customer & users Manage the service for a smooth service and operation with system team for the customer Recognizes, understands, and documents market needs, and working with engineering teams to translate those needs into features and functionality. Assesses product market data by interacting with sales, customer success, and customers. Collaborates with marketing and business leaders for opportunities to expand mobility and workspace management solutions. Understands the competitive landscape and help define competitive strategy.
